Policies


Postage

All of our items are shipped using Australia Post, and are sent from South East Queensland.

All items shipped within Australia are sent via regular parcel post with tracking. International parcels are sent via Australia Post's 'Pack and Track International' postal service.

We offer an 'Express Postage Upgrade' option if you need your item in a hurry. To order this option, select 'Express Postage Upgrade' from the 'PRODUCTS' menu and add to your shopping cart. By purchasing this upgrade we will ship your order within 48 hours of ordering. If ordered on a weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, Mark Neil Jewellers accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.


Product Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

As many of our pieces of jewellery are handcrafted, and due to the use of natural stones, textures and appearance of stones will vary slightly from piece to piece.

All of our items are stamped to identify metal purity.


Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. We will never pass on or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind. We will happily replace items if they are damaged or defective. Contact us for more information.


Return Policy & Refunds

We do not give refunds for change of mind. A refund can be obtained if:

  • Item purchased is faulty, and
  • Item is returned within 14 days of shipping date with proof of purchase


Please contact markneiljewellers@gmail.com indicating you would like to obtain a refund. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
